Like a Peau dAne directed by an English Buuel.

If this film fails (and failed) to become a cult classic of our time (Harold and Maude, Withnail and I), it is likely because of an excess of liberties taken with regard to schizophrenia. Brilliant on a poetic and metaphorical level, but scientifically implausible (if you went to medical school). And its 2:40 long. But this is a brilliant film, as I say, and should be watched; and appreciated.

I will not have you calling him artistic.

Recommended Drink: gin, just gin.
