SWIII (and II and probably I as well for that matter)

are not real movies. they are simply a series of action sequences strung together and called a film. there is little acting. horrible casting (hayden christensen is atrocious and although i like ewan macgregor, he is miscast, and samuel jackson is miscast as mace windu also). the screenplays are awful. the films are only compelling (if they are at all) because of SW IV-VI and the wonderful science-fiction universe that has evolved as a result of those films.

taken by themselves (w/out IV-VI), SW I - III would not even be worth watching. with the one exception of darth maul, my god he rocks.
