Great B movie. Liked it better than John Carpenter's Escape From New York. Lots of silly things in the film. To be thankful for. Those storms. Awesome. Here, the over-the-top machismo of Kurt Russell is downright hilarious (and at the same time comforting in its consistency). The final--and key—thing that made this movie great was the extreme devotion felt for Lopan by his minions. It really was touching. And made me more interested in the story. No kidding!
